Job summary

Microsure B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking a Clinical Field & OR Specialist for a six-month fixed-term assignment.

You will support the clinical implementation of the MUSA-3 microsurgical robotic system across partner hospitals in Germany and act as a key liaison with surgical teams, researchers, and hospital staff. Responsibilities include hands-on operating room support, surgeon training, real-time troubleshooting, and maintaining thorough site documentation.

Qualifications

• Clinical field specialist or OR support experience in medtech/robotic surgery.
• Comfort in live OR environment with sterile protocols.
• Knowledge of GCP and site documentation in clinical trials.
• Excellent communication with surgeons and OR teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
• German language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical and technical support during procedures using the MUSA-3 system.
• Train surgeons and OR teams; ensure case-readiness.
• Troubleshoot device/workflow issues in real time and escalate as needed.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital stakeholders.
• Support case scheduling and site coverage across assigned hospitals.
• Serve as the point of contact between active trial sites and internal teams.
• Maintain up-to-date records of site activity, case logs, and correspondence.
• Represent Microsure at partner sites, congresses, or training events.
• Assist with site initiation, monitoring visits, and routine site communications.
