Limina Hacking Company B.V. is seeking a Medior Microsoft Consultant to connect technology with customer needs, advising on Microsoft 365 and Azure to enhance modern workplaces and security foundations. You’ll operate at a tactical level, craft solutions, and guide customers through change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in IT or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication and consultative mindset.

• Structured working style: documentation, planning, stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on Microsoft 365 and Azure environments (tactical level).
• Design and improve modern workplaces using Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and security policies.
• Guide migrations and implementations (Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint management).
• Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Create clear documentation and advisory reports.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and customer teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and security risks.

As a Medior Microsoft Consultant, you are the connecting link between technology and the customer. You advise organizations on how to optimally use Microsoft 365 and Azure and support them in improving their modern workplace and security foundation. You operate on a tactical level, think along in solutions, and guide customers through change.

Our Offer

Salary between €5.000,- and €7.100,- gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on knowledge and experience;

25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance;

Key Responsibilities

Advise customers on Microsoft 365 and Azure environments (tactical level);

Design and improve modern workplaces using Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, and security policies;

Guide migrations and implementations (Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint management);

Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions, and stakeholder discussions;

Your Strengths
(required/Preferred)

Preferably a completed bachelor’s degree (HBO) in IT;

Proven experience with a large part of the following:

Microsoft 365

Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint

Strong communication skills and a consultative mindset;

Ability to bridge business and technology;

Structured way of working (documentation, planning, stakeholder management).

Preferably holding a valid driver’s license.

Certifications

Microsoft 365 Administrator (MS-102);

Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300) – preferred;

Willingness to grow towards architecture and security certifications.
