Job summary

Stafide is seeking a Technical Architect – Microsoft Azure to define and own the Azure strategy, roadmaps, and governance across enterprise cloud initiatives. You will lead design and migration of large-scale cloud solutions, ensuring security, resilience, and cost efficiency.

You will mentor engineering teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive DevOps practices, IaC automation with Terraform, and cloud transformation programs in a multinational environment.

As a Technical Architect – Microsoft Azure, you will

• Define, own, and drive the Azure cloud architecture strategy, roadmap, and implementation standards.
• Lead the design and development of enterprise-scale cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
• Provide architectural guidance for application modernization, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise cloud transformation.
• Establish and enforce architectural governance, cloud security standards, and best practices.
• Lead cloud migration strategies, including planning, assessment, execution, and optimization of workloads.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, highly available, and resilient cloud architectures.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Define cloud security architecture, including identity and access management, network security, data protection, and compliance controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering teams, and business leaders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and guide them in implementing architectural best practices.
• Support DevOps practices and automation to improve deployment efficiency and operational reliability.
• Identify opportunities for cloud cost optimization, performance improvement, and resource utilization.
• Evaluate hybrid and multi-cloud architecture patterns to address enterprise requirements.

What You Bring to the Table

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services and enterprise cloud architecture.
• Strong experience in cloud security architecture and security management.
• Proven experience in cloud migration, application modernization, and enterprise-scale solution design.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform.
• Experience defining cloud architecture strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, identity management, infrastructure design, and security controls.
• Experience leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and technical decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Understanding of cloud cost optimization and resource management principles.
• Experience with hybrid and multi-cloud architecture patterns is an advantage.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification is preferred.
