Job summary

NTS Drachten in the Netherlands leads a production environment where ultra-precise parts are produced for semiconductor and analytical industries. As Production Team Leader you guide a 20–25 person team across Assembly, Heat Treatment, EDM, and machining, setting direction at an independent site.

You translate policies into concrete objectives, monitor daily planning, quality and delivery, coach employees, and drive improvements in safety, quality, logistics, and technology.

Qualifications

• Min. vocational level 4 or higher, preferably with technical education.
• Experience managing technical employees.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and development skills.
• Proactive with continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a 20–25 person team across multiple departments.
• Translate policies into concrete team objectives and monitor planning.
• Coach and develop employees, including HR tasks.
• Monitor performance indicators like planning, quality, and time registration.
• Address disruptions and implement structural solutions.
• Drive process improvements and participate in daily production meetings.
