• 3+ years as an Executive Chef in a comparable environment (high-volume, multi-stakeholder, or luxury contract settings).
• Fluency in Dutch and English – essential for client presentations, team leadership, and strategic discussions.
• Tender & pitch mastery – capable of articulating a compelling culinary vision to clients and stakeholders.
• International ambition, commercial acumen, and uncompromising standards.
• Michelin-star background demonstrated in menu development and plate execution.
• Balance between creativity and operational rigour in contract catering.
