Job summary

Château Neercanne, part of Oostwegel Collection, seeks a Sous Chef to maintain Michelin-level dining at Maastricht's premier venue. You will work with the Executive Chef and a dedicated team to craft refined dishes using seasonal, local ingredients.

This role offers a full-time contract with a gross monthly salary between €3,434.73 and €4,356.07, plus a four-day workweek and various staff benefits, including discounts and wellness perks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred settings.
• Experience as Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen role is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes using seasonal, local ingredients.
• Collaborate on menu creation and refinement with the team.
• Uphold Michelin-level service standards and culinary excellence.
• Support sustainability initiatives and maintain high hygiene and safety standards.
