Job summary

Sam's Club is hiring a front-end associate to provide member service, operate checkout equipment, and process purchases at the register. You will guide members on self-service technology and help with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to policy.

You will also promote products, maintain a safe checkout area, assist with training, and support loss-prevention efforts while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (cash register)
• Experience with mobile retail applications

Responsibilities

• Provides member service. Maintains the checkout area. Processes member purchases. Assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures for different membership and payment types.
• Promotes Sam's Club products and services. Provides guidance and support to members regarding self-service technology. Resolves member issues and concerns. Maintains a safe shopping environment and assists with training of front-line associates.
