Job summary

ViCentra in Utrecht is seeking a Technical Complaint Investigator to ensure signals are taken seriously and issues are understood across product, system, and process levels.

You will collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and suppliers to turn real‑world feedback into safer products, smarter designs, and continuous improvements.

This role blends hands‑on investigations with compliant documentation and requires a technical mindset, strong communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Technical or engineering background required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in technical investigations or related fields.
• Experience with root cause analysis methods (5 Whys, Ishikawa).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of routine and complex complaint investigations.
• Perform root cause investigations on returned products, including hands-on work when needed.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality and suppliers to end-to-end investigate issues.
• Interpret feedback from suppliers and integrate it into structured investigations.
• Document findings clearly using Salesforce and internal systems.
• Balance technical depth with administrative tasks and compliant documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements and scalability as volumes grow.
