Job summary

Appsierra Group in the Netherlands seeks a Medior Project Manager to help deliver multiple technical R&T projects. You will collaborate with Project Leaders and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will monitor schedules, budgets and contracts, facilitate Lean/Agile workshops, and translate technical outputs into actionable reports. A degree, 2–5 years PM experience, and excellent English are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Experience with stakeholder management in a complex environment.
• Demonstrable experience managing budgets and contracts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables and budgets.
• Support Project Leaders in structured execution of technical R&T projects.
• Translate technical deliverables into clear actions and reports.
• Manage project budgets, contracts, risks and financial reporting.
• Coordinate contractual and reporting obligations related to publicly funded projects.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Legal, Communications).
• Facilitate workshops and project meetings using Lean, Agile, Scrum or Design Thinking methodologies.
