Job summary

act digital recherche un chef de projet passionné pour rejoindre son équipe à Leiden, Pays‑Bas. Vous gérerez des projets techniques, coordonnerez des parties prenantes internes et externes et assurerez un reporting clair des livrables et budgets.

Vous avez une solide expérience en gestion de projets, des compétences en communication et en anglais, et vous connaissez les méthodes Lean/Agile. Une expérience avec des projets publics et SAP est un atout.

Qualifications

• Diplôme en ingénierie, administration des affaires, gestion de projet ou domaine connexe.
• Environ 2–5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets.
• Expérience en gestion des parties prenantes dans un environnement complexe.
• Capacité à gérer budgets et contrats.
• Bonne compréhension technique pour travailler avec des ingénieurs.
• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de communication.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais.
• Expérience avec des projets financés publiquement est un plus.
• Expérience avec SAP est un plus.
• Connaissance Lean/certifications PMP/IPMA/Scrum est un plus.

Responsibilities

• Surveiller les plannings, jalons, livrables et budgets.
• Apporter un soutien structuré dans l’exécution de projets R&T techniques.
• Ajouter des livrables techniques en actions et rapports clairs.
• Gérer budgets, contrats, risques et reporting financier.
• Coordonner obligations contractuelles et reporting liés à des projets publics.
• Gérer les relations avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
• Maintenir la documentation de projet, rapports d’avancement et KPI.
• Conduire des ateliers et réunions en utilisant Lean/Agile/Scrum ou Design Thinking.
• Contribuer aux propositions de projets nationaux et UE.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus de gestion de projet.

POSTE / MISSIONS

You will join our team of experts in project management in Leiden, Netherlands.

You are a structured and proactive Project Manager who enjoys working in a technical and innovative environment. You are comfortable working with different stakeholders and are able to understand technical concepts and translate them into practical project actions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables and budgets;
• Support Project Leaders in the structured execution of technical R&T projects;
• Monitor technical deliverables and translate complex technical developments into clear actions and reports;
• Manage project budgets, contracts, risks and financial reporting;
• Coordinate contractual and reporting obligations related to publicly funded projects;
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Finance, Legal and Communications;
• Manage external stakeholders, including industry partners, knowledge institutes, universities and governmental organisations;
• Maintain project documentation, progress reports, risk registers and KPIs;
• Facilitate workshops and project meetings using, where appropriate, Lean, Agile, Scrum or Design Thinking methodologies;
• Support project proposals for national and EU-funded R&T projects;
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and governance.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

What profile are we looking for this position:

Must-have skills :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field;
• Approximately 2–5 years of relevant project management experience;
• Experience with stakeholder management in a complex environment;
• Demonstrable experience managing budgets and contracts;
• Sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with engineers and understand technical project deliverables;
• Strong organisational and communication skills;
• Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders;
• Excellent command of English;
• Experience with publicly funded research projects, research consortia or public-private partnerships is a strong advantage;
• Experience with SAP is a plus;
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and/or a project management certification such as PMP, IPMA or Scrum is a plus.

Experience within aerospace, high-tech innovation, energy transition or a similar technical environment is highly desirable.
