Job summary

S&T in Delft is seeking an experienced Medior Project Manager to lead and coordinate defence and security projects. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps in a high-tech environment.

The role requires 3+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work with government and industry partners. Dutch and English fluency are essential for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferably in a technical field or equivalent experience in managing complex technical projects.
• At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in defence or high-tech environments.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to navigate government, defence, and industry partnerships.
• Fluency in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring alignment with product and service roadmaps and company objectives.
• Engage with internal teams, customers, and external partners to define objectives and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive development, integration, and validation of ISR/SSA technologies.
• Define and implement project plans with timelines, resources, and risk management.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and drive timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
