Job summary

HENSOLDT Netherlands seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead customer-funded development and production projects, from contract receipt to final acceptance. You will coordinate with Sales, Contracts, Engineering and Operations to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, strong budgeting, risk mitigation, and international liaison. Occasional travel within the Netherlands and abroad is expected. Fluent Business English is essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years practical experience within a Project Management environment.
• Experience of running Projects from conception to implementation.
• Ability to manage and record budgets/spend and provide forecast information.
• Sound customer care skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage NL MoD Defence Projects in alignment with the HENSOLDT Group.
• Liaise with customers to ensure the product meets requirements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigating actions in project execution.
• Coordinate with departments and subcontractors for development and production.
• Provide monthly project progress and financial status reports to leadership.
• Arrange Factory Acceptance Tests and delivery logistics as needed.
