Job summary

Nobleo Explorers seeks a Medior Mechanical Designer to translate client requirements into innovative mechanical solutions and to design and develop mechanical architectures. You’ll define subsystems and guide realization and validation, primarily on-site at client locations.

You will collaborate with control engineering and electronics, report directly to the client, and work with SolidWorks to develop main and detailed designs.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering.
• Hands-on and can-do mentality.
• At least 4 years of experience in product development.

Responsibilities

Medior Mechanical Designer | Nobleo Explorers

As a Medior Mechanical Designer at Nobleo Explorers, you don’t just work on challenging technical designs, you do so primarily on‑site at our clients’ locations. You translate their requirements into innovative technical solutions. You design and develop the mechanical architecture and layout, define subsystems, and ensure they meet the highest quality standards. In addition, you guide the realization and validation of technical solutions.

You collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines, such as control engineering and electronics, and report directly to the client.

We support your personal and technical development through coaching and knowledge sharing within Nobleo. Even though you work on‑site at client locations, you remain part of our close‑knit team: you will work at least one day a week from the Nobleo office and take part in regular knowledge sessions and team events to stay connected.

You will also receive guidance from an experienced coach, helping you grow not only in technical expertise but also on a personal level.
