Job summary

Nobleo Technology is seeking an Electronics Engineer to develop complete electronic systems for high-performance applications. In this role, you will work on-site at leading high-tech organizations and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create robust architectures and designs.

Your responsibilities include designing PCBs, debugging embedded software, and bridging the technical gap between R&D and production. With an international team, Nobleo offers a dynamic and innovative work environment focused on quality and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing schematics and PCBs for production.
• 5+ years of experience developing embedded software (C/C++, Python).
• Deep expertise in at least one domain like analog circuit design, digital systems, power electronics, RF engineering, or embedded real-time systems.

• Own the full development lifecycle from initial architecture to testing and debugging.

As an Electronics Engineer within Nobleo Explorers, you work on-site at leading high-tech organisations, developing complete electronic systems for advanced and high-performance applications. Within multidisciplinary teams, you translate system requirements into robust architectures, design schematics and multi-layer PCBs, and develop embedded software that brings the system to life.Your work results in scalable, production-ready solutions that perform reliably in demanding high-tech environments.

Your responsibilities

• Design complete electronic systems- Translate system requirements into schematics, select components that balance performance and manufacturability, design multi‑layer PCBs, and write the embedded software that brings everything to life.
• Own the full development lifecycle- From initial architecture and prototype bring‑up to testing, debugging, and design-for‑manufacturing optimization. You collaborate closely with our production partners to ensure a smooth transition from prototype to volume production.
• Solve real engineering challenges- Power budgets. Signal integrity. EMC compliance. Thermal management. Real‑time constraints. You tackle the full spectrum of challenges involved in designing electronic systems that are ready for production.
• Bridge domains and stakeholders- You are the technical link between R&D and production, firmware and hardware, our teams and external suppliers. Your technical judgment directly influences what gets built and how.

What do we expect from you?

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience designing schematics and PCBs for production
• 5+ years of experience developing embedded software (C/C++, Python)
• Fluent English for technical communication
• Deep expertise in at least one domain- Whether it’s analog circuit design, digital systems, power electronics, RF engineering, or embedded real‑time systems — you bring depth in one area and curiosity for the rest.
• An engineering mindset- You think in trade‑offs.
• You debug systematically.
