Job summary

Nobleo Explorers seeks a Medior Mechanical Designer to translate client requirements into innovative mechanical solutions and to design and develop mechanical architectures. You’ll define subsystems and guide realization and validation, primarily on-site at client locations.

You will collaborate with control engineering and electronics, report directly to the client, and work with SolidWorks to develop main and detailed designs.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Mechanical Engineering.
• Hands-on and can-do mentality.
• At least 4 years of experience in product development.
• Ambitious, proactive, and results oriented.
• Flexible and willing to work at different client sites.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site at client locations on challenging high-tech projects.
• Implement project plans in collaboration with the client.
• Independently carry out mechanical design activities, from concept phase to detailed documentation.
• Prepare technical specifications.
• Prototype with CNC, 3D printing, and shop tools to validate your concepts.
• Develop main and detailed designs in SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with electrical, manufacturing, and software teams.
