Job summary

NN Group Hungary is seeking a Medior HR Generalist to manage HR administration across the employee lifecycle, support payroll processes, and deliver proactive HR services for internal and external workers. You will work with Workday, Nexon, and Lotus Notes, ensuring accurate data and compliant documentation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the RAS HR partner, a strong understanding of labor law, and a proactive mindset to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR administration, HR operations, payroll support, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Good working knowledge of labor law and employment regulations.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify process improvements, operational efficiencies, and automation opportunities.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow; knowledge of other HR systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
• Fluent Hungarian and confident English language skills.

• Prepare and maintain employment-related documents and employee data in HR systems such as Workday, Nexon and Lotus Notes.
• Support monthly payroll, time and attendance, benefits, and related HR processes, in cooperation with the payroll provider.
• Provide professional HR support to employees and managers, handling HR inquiries, certificates, and ServiceNow requests.
• Maintain HR policies, processes, and employee communications, ensuring accurate and compliant documentation.
• Contribute to HR process improvements, digitalization, audits, and cross-functional collaboration, while supporting the RAS HR Business Partner and/or HR Manager.

NN Insurance Hungary is looking for a talented professional to join NN Hungary’s team as a Medior HR Generalist.

In this position, you will coordinate and manage HR administration, employment-related activities, and payroll support processes throughout the full employee lifecycle of both internal and external workers. You will ensure that employee data is accurate and up to date, support payroll and benefits processes, and provide professional HR support to employees and managers. The role primarily focuses on supporting NN RAS.
