Job summary

Advance in IT Ltd in the Netherlands is seeking a GenAI Developer to turn AI ideas into practical solutions. You will design and build real-world GenAI applications, connect APIs, and automate workflows with n8n, Claude, and other tools.

You will work in small teams with direct client contact, not as a mere resource. You should have HBO education, around 3+ years with Python, hands-on GenAI experience, and a pragmatic, curious mindset.

• Hands-on with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Codex) and practical AI workflows.

As a Gen-AI Developer, you work on projects where AI has a direct impact. You will build AI matching systems, set up test automation with Gen-AI, or automate workflows with n8n and Claude. You work in small teams with short lines of communication and have direct client contact: you are a consultant, not a "a resource".
