Job summary

SPINNOV in the Netherlands is looking for a Medior Electrical Engineer / Embedded Software Developer to design complete electrical systems, from schematics to production-ready PCBs and embedded code.

Based in Veldhoven, you will work at the hardware–software boundary, collaborating with mechanical engineers, software architects and industrial designers to turn requirements into scalable, field-ready electronics for IoT solutions across industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing schematics and PCBs for production.
• 5+ years writing embedded software (C/C++, Python).
• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent.
• Fluent English for technical communication.
• Authorisation to work in the Netherlands/EU; SPINNOV cannot sponsor visa.

Responsibilities

• Design complete electrical systems from schematics to production-ready PCBs and embedded code.
• Own the full development cycle from architecture through prototype bring-up, testing, and design-for-manufacturing.
• Bridge domains between R&D and manufacturing, firmware and hardware, and suppliers.
