Job summary

Anderson MacGyver in IJsselstein, Netherlands, seeks a Medior Consultant (Digital) to translate business ambitions into a scalable (digital) organization. You will guide organizational design, scale, ways of working, and governance, and support implementation.

You will help shape sourcing strategy and partner governance. The role involves advising on operating models, designing organization structures, and driving change with stakeholders at executive levels.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Organizational Studies, Business Administration, Technology, Public Administration, or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of work experience in a consulting environment or a relevant staff role.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing tech and data organizations.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make complex challenges clear for different audiences.
• Strong communication skills, equally effective with technical specialists and executive stakeholders.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

What will you do?

As a Medior Consultant (Digital) Organization, you help large organizations translate their business ambitions into an appropriate (digital) organization. You guide our clients in making decisions about organizational design, scale, way of working, and governance, and you support the implementation. You help make deliberate choices about the mix of in-house capabilities and partners through a sourcing strategy and partner governance.

What You Will Be Doing

Every week offers a mix of analysis, design, guidance, and collaboration in a team, with and for our clients. On Fridays, we come together at the office to develop our practice further. We discuss current market themes and use those conversations to develop our own concepts and approaches.

What is required?

• A master’s degree in Organizational Studies, Business Administration, Technology, Public Administration, or equivalent
• 2–5 years of work experience in a consulting environment or a relevant staff role
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing tech and data organizations
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make complex challenges clear for different audiences
• Strong communication skills, equally effective with technical specialists and executive stakeholders
• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Experience with strategic sourcing challenges and partner governance is a plus
