Job summary

Nedap MediKIT is seeking a Backend Developer to strengthen the Nedap MediKIT backend in Groenlo. You’ll work in a multidisciplinary team responsible for the patient record domain, collaborating with frontend and UX specialists to deliver scalable backend components.

We offer hybrid work, a salary between €4,000 and €6,000 gross per month for a 38-hour week, plus a 13th month, pension, profit sharing, and shareholder opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least three years of backend development experience.
• Experience with Kotlin, Java, or Python is a plus.
• Ability to independently set up, develop, deliver, and maintain applications.
• Ability to investigate needs and translate findings into a technical approach.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience building scalable, maintainable applications.
• Full-stack development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new backend components for Nedap MediKIT using Kotlin and Python.
• Improve scalability and performance as the product grows.
• Strengthen backend architecture and development pipelines.
• Collaborate with UX designers, frontend and full-stack developers, and domain experts.
• Contribute to an open, learning-oriented team culture with initiative.
