Qualifications

• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• 8+ years in technical roles across scripted content, digital distribution and file-based workflows
• Proficient with productivity and AI tools listed in the candidate profile

Responsibilities

• Execute delivery, quality control, and asset creation workflows for assigned titles
• Monitor delivery performance data and identify root causes to drive preventative solutions
• Coach vendors to achieve efficient, independent, and error-free delivery
• Serve as escalation point for technical and operational issues through the production and delivery lifecycle
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, documentation, and tools with prioritised improvements
• Educate and train internal teams and vendors on workflows and internal tools such as Media Production Suite, Backlot, and AssetQC
