VanDrie Group zoekt een Export Documents Clerk bij een van de locaties in Nieuwerkerk. Je verwerkt en bereidt transportdocumenten, exportcertificaten en officiële documenten voor binnen- en buitenland, met aandacht voor nauwkeurigheid en deadlines.

Qualifications

• Nederlands en Engels vlot gesproken en geschreven.
• Minimaal MBO+ werk- en denkniveau.
• Ervaring met Microsoft Office is een pré.
• Nauwkeurige en punctuele werker.
• In staat deadlines en planningen te beheren.

Responsibilities

• Voorbereiden en verwerken van diverse vervoersdocumenten, exportcertificaten en officiële documenten.
• Direct contact met operationele afdelingen, vervoerders en overheidsinstanties.
• Facturering van geleverde producten.
• Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve taken.

The Export Documents department is responsible for preparing transport and customer documents required for domestic and international deliveries. This is a fun and challenging role within a friendly team. You will be responsible for accurately preparing export documents so that our products can be exported worldwide.

This vacancy is open at one of the two T. Boer & zn locations in Nieuwerkerk. As an Export Documents Clerk, no two days are the same. Working at T. What are you doing

• Responsible for preparing and processing various transport documents, export certificates and official documents;
• Close contact with operational departments, carriers and government agencies;
• Taking care of the invoicing of the delivered products;
• Providing various administrative tasks.
