Qualifications

• Willingness to learn the butcher trade.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the veal is cut correctly.
• Distribute and cut meat as per customer requirements.
• Inspect and remove fat from the meat.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Keep up with production schedules.

Skills

Good command of the Dutch or English language

Ability to work independently and in a team

Proactive, goal-oriented, and accurate

Job description

Are you eager to become a knife expert and learn the butcher's trade? We're happy to train you to become a butcher or edger.

Responsibilities

• You ensure that our veal is cut exactly right.


• Distributing and cutting the meat according to customer requirements.


• Inspect the meat for fat and ensure that it is removed.


• You ensure that the working environment is clean and safe, which we also call license-to-produce.


• A production schedule is created for each day. You must keep up with the pace, but above all, work accurately and safely.
