Job summary

Willems Baling Equipment in Hapert offers a Vocational Apprentice position that combines education with practical work. You will contribute to assembling and testing packaging machines, choosing between Mechatronics or Sheet Metal and Production as you progress.

You will work four days in production and one day at school, with pay for five days and for your school day, and you will learn from experienced colleagues in a friendly family-run company.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a technical vocational programme.
• Interest in technology and hands-on work.
• Willing to learn and work accurately with others.
• Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Sheet Metal/ Machining tracks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components and wire electrical systems.
• Assist testing, inspecting and adjusting machines.
• Learn CNC basics and work on varied projects.
• Collaborate with a team and follow guidance.
