Q4S in the Netherlands is seeking a Mechanical Inspector to perform inspections on steel structures, piping and equipment across offshore, steel construction and industrial projects. The role focuses on quality, safety and accurate reporting.

The position offers a long-term assignment of 12+ months with market-rate compensation and on-site work. You will draft inspection reports, check welds for defects, and collaborate with project management and clients to communicate results and support

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Mechanical Inspector.
• Knowledge of inspection techniques and measuring tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work on-site.
• VCA VOL certificate.
• Mechanical Inspector diploma (preferably).

Responsabilidades

• Performing mechanical inspections on steel structures, piping, and equipment.
• Checking weld joints for visual defects and dimensions.
• Assessing surface treatments and corrosion protection.
• Drafting inspection reports and documenting findings.
• Identifying deviations and advising on corrective measures.
• Participating in handover inspections and quality controls.
• Coordinating with project management and clients regarding inspection results.
