Job summary

Arup is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join its Building Services team in Amsterdam or Poland. You will contribute to multidisciplinary projects across sectors, from feasibility to completion, delivering mechanical systems and sustainable design solutions.

You will support digital design initiatives, work toward zero-carbon goals, and collaborate with engineers to deliver integrated building services for diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Degree from an Engineering University (Building /Mechanical /Energy/ other relevant) or a relevant technical Diploma.
• 2-5 years of professional experience into the design and delivery of mechanical services.
• Experience in Mechanical Building Services design for medium to large-scale projects, including calculations and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all stages of projects—from feasibility to completion—across sectors such as buildings, healthcare, education, energy and industry.
• Help clients progress toward zero carbon goals through innovative and sustainable design.
• Support Arup’s digital transformation by exploring automation and integrated digital design solutions.
