Job summary

Arup Amsterdam is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join a multidisciplinary MEP team. You will lead electrical design for medium to large-scale buildings, shaping power, lighting, and safety systems with strong collaboration and quality control.

The role requires delivering designs on time and mentoring junior staff. Candidates should have 4+ years of relevant experience, fluency in Dutch and English, and hands-on knowledge of Revit, Dialux, Intelec, and Stabu.

Qualifications

• Completion of HBO level or higher in Electrical/Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
• Demonstrable experience in electrical engineering with project references

Responsibilities

• Prepare design, contract documentation and specifications
• Design electrical services for complex building projects across sectors
• Present projects and designs to clients and partners
