Canon in Venlo zoekt een Mechanical Engineer die meewerkt aan high-tech eenheden en componenten. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair R&D-omgeving en bepaalt samen met teams vereisten, ontwerpt technische concepten en test modellen via prototypes om haalbare routes te bewijzen.

De rol vereist een Bachelor in Werktuigbouwkunde en ervaring met NX, met vloeiend Engels en werkvergunning voor Venlo. Een competitief salaris en doorgroeimogelijkheden worden geboden.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field.
• Experience designing mechanical components in parametric CAD/CAE systems, specifically Siemens NX.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) and eligible to work in Venlo.

Responsabilidades

• Specificeren en afstemmen van de exacte eisen op basis van projectvereisten.
• Ontwerpen en concepten ontwikkelen die balans brengen tussen tijd, kwaliteit, functionaliteit en kosten (QFTC).

Are you ready to add value to cutting-edge products by engineering high-tech units and components? As a Mechanical Engineer at Canon in Venlo, you are the driving force behind mechanical innovations. In a multidisciplinary R&D environment, you focus on complex topics such as media handling systems, high-precision frames, and linear and rotational drive systems.

Together with stakeholders from Manufacturing, Service, Purchasing, and Quality Assurance, you specify and agree on the exact requirements based on project demands. Using your expertise, you create technical designs and concepts that perfectly balance time, quality, functionality, and costs (QFTC). You collaborate closely with colleagues from other disciplines to develop smart, creative solutions. Finally, you test and review your model-based designs by building prototypes to prove the feasibility of your identified routes.

Functie-eisen

• A completed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Demonstrable experience with designing mechanical components in parametric CAD/CAE systems, specifically Siemens NX.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) and eligible to work in Venlo.

• A gross monthly salary up to € 5.300,- (based 40 hours) with a VVDN contract via Randstad professional for 32 to 40 hours per week.
