Job summary

Foeth is seeking a versatile technician with an MBO background to test, refurbish, and repair process machines at our Barneveld site. You’ll work on a variety of equipment and help bring machines back into perfect condition for global customers.

You will inspect and repair mechanical and electrical operation, test machines with colleagues, and handle many different types of process machines. A strong focus on quality and sustainability is emphasized.

Qualifications

• MBO-level education, preferably in mechanical engineering.
• Experience in a technical environment.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week (full-time).
• Knowledge of electrical engineering, control technology, hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Foeth is looking for versatile technician with a technical MBO background to test, refurbish, and repair process machines, offering a dynamic team environment and strong employment benefits.

As a mechanic, you give process equipment a second life. No assembly line work, but variety. Today you may be working on a mixer, tomorrow on a process vessel. You make sure everything works exactly as it should again.

We have been active in the trade and refurbishment of A-brand process equipment for more than 100 years, and over time we have grown into a circular, international player. From the Netherlands, we work with a team of around 25 colleagues, serving customers all over the world.

At our site in Barneveld, more than 2,800 machines are ready for sale. You are the one who brings them back into perfect condition.

What will you do?

You will work on a variety of process machines from industries including food, pharmaceutical, and chemical. At Foeth, these machines are fully tested and prepared for a new location anywhere in the world.

You will:

• Inspect and repair the mechanical and electrical operation of process machines
• Test machines together with your colleagues before they leave the premises again
• Be responsible for many different types of process machines

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a mechanic who can work accurately and independently. In addition:

You have completed an MBO-level education, preferably in mechanical engineering, with experience in a technical environment

We would like to work with you for 40 hours per week (full-time)

Preferably, you have knowledge of electrical engineering, control technology, hydraulics, and pneumatics
