Job summary

WerkTalent is hiring a Production Employee to join a small, close-knit team in Tilburg. You will prepare popular meat products such as spareribs, grilled sausages and meatballs, and operate production equipment while ensuring quality standards.

No previous production experience is required; your willingness to learn, hands-on mindset and team spirit are valued. The role includes day shifts with occasional evening grills and a direct contract from day one, plus perks like lunch, vacation days and

• You’re comfortable working an evening shift occasionally.
• You’re willing to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and producing meat products following recipes.
• Operating and monitoring production equipment.
• Checking products to meet quality standards.
• Learning different production techniques.
• Work as a Grill Master every 2-3 weeks, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Most days are day shifts; every few weeks, switch to evening shift for grilled products.
