WerkTalent is hiring a Production Employee to join a small, close-knit team in Tilburg. You will prepare popular meat products such as spareribs, grilled sausages and meatballs, and operate production equipment while ensuring quality standards.

• Preparing and producing meat products following recipes.
• Operating and monitoring production equipment.

• Work as a Grill Master every 2-3 weeks, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Most days are day shifts; every few weeks, switch to evening shift for grilled products.

As a Production Employee, you'll work in a small, close-knit team where everyone helps each other. Together, you'll prepare popular food products such as spareribs, grilled sausages and meatballs.

Your daily tasks include:

• Preparing and producing meat products following recipes
• Operating and monitoring production equipment
• Checking products to make sure they meet quality standards
• Learning different production techniques
• Working as a Grill Master every 2-3 weeks, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Most of the time, you'll work during the day. Every few weeks, you'll switch to an evening shift to take care of the grilled products.

You don't need previous production experience. Whether you've worked in logistics, hospitality, retail or somewhere else, we'd love to meet you!
