Job summary

Sia is seeking a Managing Director in Cybersecurity to drive growth through sales, delivery leadership, and strategic guidance. You will collaborate with Directors and Partners globally, while overseeing teams in the Netherlands to win new business and deliver client engagements.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree and 8+ years in consulting, with a strong focus on data/AI, strategy, and organizational transformation, and are fluent in Dutch and English. German is a plus.

Qualifications

Master’s degree completed.
8+ years of consultancy experience.
Background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or organizational transformation.
Capability in selling and delivering innovative strategy engagements.
Strong interest in data and AI topics; quickly build expertise.
Fluent in Dutch and English; German knowledge is a plus.
Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
Dynamic with an entrepreneurial mindset and results focus.

Responsibilities

Lead sales and delivery engagements at existing clients but also new clients.
Lead commercial proposals with your team of Senior Managers and Managers.
Attain both sales and delivery targets.
Lead business delivery and team management at new and existing clients.
Provide industry guidance, strategies and implementation of best practices.
Build and lead your team of consultants on missions but also in commercial endeavors.
