Job summary

Luba zoekt een operator materiaalverwerking die fulltime in een ploegendienst wil werken. Je verwerkt metalen en kunststof materialen tot hoogwaardige hoses en leidingen voor hightech apparatuur, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit, stelt machines in en zorgt voor een schone, veilige werkplek.

In deze functie krijg je uitgebreide trainingen en mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling, met kans op een vast contract afhankelijk van prestatie en inzet.

Qualifications

• Minimaal MBO-niveau en denkniveau.
• 1–2 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving.
• Bereidheid om in twee ploegen te werken.
• Woonachtig binnen 20 km van Tilburg.
• Technische aanleg is een voordeel.

Responsibilities

• Vervoer en verwerking van metalen en kunststoffen tot hoses en leidingen.
• Voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en stelt machines in.
• Zorgt voor een schone en veilige werkplek.
• Werk samen met collega’s aan verbeteringen in het productieproces.

Are you a material processing operator who enjoys working full-time in a shift-based production environment and wants to develop your technical skills within a dynamic company?

Over de vacature:

As a material processing operator, you will work full-time (38-40 hours per week) in a modern production environment. You'll work a fixed rotating schedule with morning and evening shifts, providing clear working hours and sufficient breaks. This position offers excellent opportunities for personal development and career growth. Through internal training programs, you'll gain specialist knowledge and further develop your technical skills. This is a long-term position with the prospect of a permanent contract, depending on your performance.

Your day starts with a short team handover before you begin processing metal and plastic materials into high-quality hose and piping systems used in high-tech equipment. You will perform quality inspections, set up and operate machines, and ensure your workplace remains clean and safe. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with your colleagues to manufacture specialist products while contributing to continuous improvements in the production process.
