Job summary

parsionate is seeking a seasoned Master Data Management Expert to own the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide master data across multiple domains. You will work at the intersection of data architecture, integration engineering, and governance policy, partnering with domain owners and data stewards to ensure trusted, consistent master data across platforms.

Qualifications

Experience designing and implementing enterprise MDM across multiple domains.
Ability to define governance policies, ownership models, and stewardship workflows.
Strong data integration skills with ETL/ELT tooling and data pipelines.
Proven track record in managing high-volume, complex data environments.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and operation of MDM solutions for customer, product, supplier, and location domains.
Architect and configure MDM platforms for survivorship, match-merge, and hierarchy management.
Define and enforce master data governance policies and escalation paths.
Develop data integration pipelines connecting source systems, MDM hubs, and downstream consumers.
Design data quality rules, profiling routines, and remediation workflows with measurable SLAs.
Collaborate with data architects to embed MDM standards into the enterprise data model.
