Job summary

ABN AMRO is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer / Expert Markets Integrity within Corporate Banking. You will lead Markets Integrity initiatives, develop policies on Market Abuse and Market Transparency, and coordinate regulatory lineage across MAR, MiFIR, and EMIR.

You will work with 2nd line risk, Legal, and Risk teams, delivering training materials and supporting the annual Markets Integrity SIRA, with a focus on effective controls and governance in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Law or related field.
• Experience in investment services and financial markets.
• Strong knowledge of MAD/MAR, MiFIR and EMIR.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain policies for Market Abuse and Market Transparency.
• Define controls and monitor implementation across entities.
• Track testing results and address IMATs and actions.
• Map regulatory lineage linking regulations to policies and controls.
• Provide input to quarterly Compliance reports to the Board.
• Lead annual Markets Integrity SIRA and training materials.
