Job summary

Turntwo in Amsterdam seeks a Medior/Senior Marketing Technology & Automation Consultant to turn data into impact. You will translate insights into action, connect systems like Marketing Automation, CDPs, CRM, and AI-enabled flows, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients.

You will work 32–40 hours, with opportunities to grow, learn from seasoned consultants, and enjoy a hybrid work setup including an Amsterdam office and home-based days.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar medior/senior role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree as a baseline.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication.
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation / CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to turn data into business impact.
• Activate data in Marketing Automation, CDPs, CRM systems.
• Create and optimize AI agents for marketing automation.
• Develop activation-focused data models from marketing and customer data.
• Create dashboards that show results and feed optimization.
