Exsell, a leading marketing and sales consultancy, seeks a Marketing & Sales Analyst to turn client data into actionable insights and measurable improvements. You will work with MASIF, build dashboards, and collaborate with data scientists to translate analyses into model enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of work experience as a data analyst.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset in marketing and sales.

Responsabilités

• Perform data analyses for marketing and sales projects.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze sales and marketing data.
• Build dashboards and visualizations.
• Interpret data into actionable insights (e.g., RFM, churn, forecasting).
• Collaborate with data scientists to improve predictive models.
• Advise clients on data-driven marketing and sales projects.
• Manage performance cycles for clients.
• Communicate in Dutch and English.
