standBystand B.V. seeks a motivated student to help scale our exhibition industry platform. You will manage online presence, create content, and collaborate with freelancers and clients across Dutch and English markets.

• Studying HBO or Master’s degree and available for at least 5 months.
• Team player used to working in a dynamic startup environment.
• Able to take charge, prioritize tasks and be self-motivated.
• Available minimum 32 hours per week and keen on marketing/branding.

Responsabilités

• Take care of social media channels and create content.
• Interview freelancers and clients to gather insights.
• Create newsletters and write blogs for industry audiences.
• Work with HubSpot; learn, explore and evolve the account.
• Communicate in Dutch and English; German is a plus.

We are standBystand, startup that is rejuvenating the process of hiring stand-builders in exhibition industry. What do we mean by exhibition industry, we're pretty sure that in the past you went to one of them big trade-shows where hundreds organisations are presenting themselves.

standBystand is a platform in the exhibition industry that connects stand-building freelancers with stand-building companies (supply and demand).

We are a team of 3 hipster, hacker, hustler (perfect!) however we are so occupied we litelary do not have time to:

• focus on brand identity
• landing page
• online presence

What are we looking for?

Are you looking for ultimate challenge to build things from scratch! If you're answer is YES?

You will get to work with some of the great minds (UI | UX | SEO) thanks to the network we build.

• Taking care of social media channels (create content, interview freelancers, clients, open for your input)
• Follow-up with important media from the industry and arrange meetings for interviews
• Newsletters creation
• Writing blogs
• Working with HUBSPOT (you get fully functional account to learn, explore, evolve)
• You speak and write at least Dutch and English (German can be a plus)

How does our day look like?

It is Monday morning, we are keeping meetings as short as possible, so simple what did you do on Friday and what will you do today is usually enough unless more important subjects need to be discussed.
We are going to review what your tasks are for that day and week, either with hipster or hustler depending on area of work.

Your responsibility (we are there for you ALWAYS ) will be handling online presence! We have an idea what we want but are open for suggestions. Note you will be working with Dutch and German market (so speaking German, not a must though)

• Eager to experience startup world
• Excellent language skill (EN,NL and DE (not a must))
• Work with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Pipedrive
• Located in Amsterdam or Utrecht
