Job summary

pladis is seeking an Intern in Marketing & Innovation to join the Western Europe and Emerging Markets Marketing team in the Netherlands. You will analyze, organize and optimize portfolios, support market research, and help prepare visuals for export markets while reporting to the Head of Commercialisation.

You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and contribute to brand packaging, language clustering, and market insights in a global baking and confectionery

Responsibilities

• Maintain samples registration tool (incoming & outgoing samples + stock at hand).
• Update portfolio visuals for export markets with country mappings.
• Consolidate and update portfolio overviews.
• Monitor competition and track NPD, communications.
• Support social media landscaping and agency management.

We are looking for a n Intern Marketing & Innovation , with a big passion for analysing, organizing and biscuits. The Intern Marketing & Innovation will be a part of the Western Europe and Emerging Markets Marketing team and will report to the Head of C ommercialisation.

Your main responsibilities

• Maintaining samples registration tool (incoming & outgoing samples + stock at hand) .
• Updating our portfolio to present to export markets and have visuals of which sku's go to which country .
• Consolidating & updating portfolio overview s
• Competition watch / tracking across our region NPD, comms etc.
• Supporting with social media landscaping & agency mgmt.
• Rotational deep dive on market performance using external market data.
• Championing Digital Asset Management system use and upkeep.
• S upporting in cross-market market research test administration and execution.
• Collating inputs for cross-market best practice sharing / case studies.
• Support to find synergies on pack format / language clustering / pack size optimisation within region
• Disclose market research archive; provide selection of key reports that show status of our bands and main consumer insights.
• Support in project administration.
• Maintain archive of delisted portfolio overview
