Florence Innovations is seeking a marketing intern based in Rotterdam to turn technical work into publishable content. You will craft LinkedIn posts, carousels, and website copy, collaborating with engineers to pull out compelling details for readers like directors and IT managers.
You’ll work directly with a founder in a small team, gaining room to own projects. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with hybrid work and a monthly €200–€500 internship allowance.
You turn technical work into content that people actually read. What you make gets published.
As a marketing intern, you work on how Florence is visible: LinkedIn posts and carousels, website copy, client cases, and events. You talk with our engineers about what they are working on, pull out what is interesting, and turn it into something a director or IT manager will actually read. What you make gets published.
You work directly with one of the founders. We are a small team with no marketing department, so you get a lot of room and quickly see what your work produces. That also means you take initiative yourself — no one puts a task list in front of you every morning.
AI is a standard part of our work, including in marketing. We use Claude and similar tools daily for research, first drafts, and visuals, and we expect you to work with them effectively and critically. That means working fast without getting sloppy: short iterations, asking for feedback early, and every text that goes out sounds like Florence, not generic AI output.
Experience with LinkedIn content, a design tool (Canva, Figma), a CMS or SEO, HubSpot, or analytics is useful but not required. You will learn during the internship. An interest in data, AI, or professional services is always welcome.
Florence Innovations is a data and AI consultancy from Rotterdam. We focus on getting the data foundation genuinely in order, then explore what is possible with AI.
You work in a small, senior team with direct lines. You consult with engineers about their projects and learn from the inside how a consultancy wins clients and positions itself. Your school internship supervisor is aligned with one of the founders.
Our way of working is not fixed. Just as we help clients adapt to new technology, we do the same ourselves. Do you see something that could be better, in our content or in how we make it? Then that is your project.
Internship of three to six months, two to four days per week. Start date by arrangement. Excellent Dutch and good English are required. Monthly allowance of €200–€500, depending on your experience and the number of days.
