Florence Innovations is seeking a marketing intern based in Rotterdam to turn technical work into publishable content. You will craft LinkedIn posts, carousels, and website copy, collaborating with engineers to pull out compelling details for readers like directors and IT managers.

You’ll work directly with a founder in a small team, gaining room to own projects. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with hybrid work and a monthly €200–€500 internship allowance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• Excellent Dutch and good English are required.
• Monthly internship allowance of €200–€500.
• Based in Rotterdam with hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Write LinkedIn posts, carousels, and website copy about our work.
• Develop client cases and event contributions from draft to publication.
• Talk with engineers about projects and pull out what's interesting.
• Analyse what works and carry insights into the next piece.
• Write clearly and without filler, improving others' text.
• Collaborate directly with one of the founders.
