Job summary

High Tech Campus Eindhoven is looking for a Marketing & Communications Intern to join the ecosystem team. You will gain hands-on experience across digital marketing, CRM, content creation and events while supporting website maintenance and campaign activities.

You’ll contribute to newsletters, social media and communication materials, and organize on-campus events with guidance from an experienced marketing team. Start Feb 2027 or by mutual agreement.

Qualifications

• Studying Marketing, Communications, Commercial Economics or related HBO/WO program.
• Interest in digital marketing, content and technology.
• Proactive, accurate and eager to learn.
• Enjoys dynamic environment and taking ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and optimization of the High Tech Campus website.
• Prepare direct email campaigns in HubSpot.
• Help optimize CRM by cleaning and enriching contact and company data in HubSpot.
• Support organization and execution of on-Campus events.
• Contribute to the Student Base and create communication materials.
• Create content for newsletters, social media and other channels.
• Assist with day-to-day marketing and communications projects.

• As a Marketing & Communications Intern, you’ll become part of the ecosystem team at High Tech Campus Eindhoven. You’ll support the promotion of one of Europe’s leading innovation ecosystems while gaining hands‑on experience across digital marketing, CRM, content creation and events.
• Support the maintenance and optimization of the High Tech Campus website.
• Prepare direct email campaigns in HubSpot.
• Help optimize our CRM by cleaning and enriching contact and company data in HubSpot.
• Support the organization and execution of on-Campus events, from preparation to on‑site assistance.
• Contribute to the Student Base, the on-Campus student hub, by helping organize activities and creating communication materials.
• Create content for newsletters, social media and other communication channels.
• Assist with day‑to‑day marketing and communication projects where needed.

What we’re looking for

• You’re studying Marketing, Communications, Commercial Economics or a related HBO/WO program.
• You have an interest in digital marketing, content and technology.
• You’re proactive, accurate and eager to learn.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and taking ownership of your tasks.
• Experience with HubSpot, Canva, WordPress or Figma is a plus, but not required.
