Job summary

BNP Paribas NL MarCom is offering a six-month internship in Amsterdam to support internal communications and events within the Shared Service Center. You will craft written and visual content, manage newsletters, and assist with intranet updates.

The role involves video production, banners, and analytics using MS Forms, with mentorship and a strong team culture. Ideal candidates study Marketing or Communications and are eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a study in Marketing and/or Communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch would be great but is not essential).
• Creative skills to produce written and visual/video content. Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop and PlayPlay is a plus.
• Experience working with AI / large language models.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Proactive, “can-do” mindset.
• Well-organized mind with a sharp eye for detail.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Written content: helping draft content for internal initiatives and news moments.
• Visual content and production: headers, banners, posters, intranet visuals using Canva; emails and intranet pages.
• Video content and production: interviews, event impressions; shooting footage and producing films with PlayPlay.
• Mass mailings, newsletters: design, build and distribution across groups.
• Events: concepting, planning and on-site support.
• Analytics: analyze and report mail and intranet metrics and surveys (MS Forms).
• Support the rollout of a five-year plan within the team.
