Job summary

Dustin in the Netherlands is seeking an AI Engineer - Marketing Solutions to transform marketing operations through AI, developing and improving solutions that drive automation and smarter decision-making. You will collaborate across Technology and Marketing, design and implement AI-powered solutions for text, image, and future video capabilities, and own key components of the automation lifecycle.

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience, strong Python, Azure, and a track record of

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or a related field.
Experience building AI-powered applications, agent-based systems, or other AI-driven solutions.
Strong Python programming skills and experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that transform marketing operations and improve business decision-making.
Build, optimize, and maintain applications and agent-based systems, ensuring they deliver value throughout their lifecycle.
