Job summary

Ned Marine Services BV is seeking an experienced Internal Sales professional to support our growing business from our Ridderkerk base. You’ll manage customer orders in Exact ERP, schedule NDT inspections, and coordinate purchasing while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in technical sales support, proficiency in CRM/ERP (Salesforce/Exact), and strong Dutch and English. The role offers career development and a competitive salary, with 25 vacation days.

Qualifications

• Technical MBO+/HBO education or equivalent
• Excellent command of Dutch and English
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, Exact)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum 6–8 years in technical sales support or internal sales role

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on customer orders in Exact ERP
• Schedule and coordinate NDT inspectors for inspections
• Purchase various products and services
• Maintain and update customer and product databases
• Maintain frequent contact with customers
