Job summary

Tecwave B.V. is seeking a Maritime Tactical Project Buyer to contract materials and services for shipbuilding projects.

You will bridge project teams, suppliers and procurement to ensure timely delivery under the right conditions. The ideal candidate has several years in tactical or project procurement, experience with supplier management and contract negotiations, and strong analytical and cost-control skills.

Qualifications

• HBO level in Supply Chain or related field.
• Several years of tactical or project procurement experience.
• Experience with supplier management, negotiations and procurement processes.
• Analytical and numerically skilled with cost control focus.
• Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement processes for tactical and project purchases.
• Draft contracts, purchase orders, and framework agreements.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and monitor performance.
• Coordinate RFQs and select suppliers based on Total Cost of Ownership.
• Support budget management and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ISO standards.
