Qualifications

• Experience in maritime operations, shipyards and ports.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in marine surveying, incl. bunker and draft surveys.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• No travel restrictions and ability to adapt to flexible hours.
• Class B driving license and ability to drive actively.
• Strong communication and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to perform regular reporting and attention to detail.
• Existing right to work and reside in the Netherlands (visa/sponsorship not provided).

Responsibilities

• Investigate cargo or vessel damages related to maritime transport at ports, shipyards and cargo-handling facilities.
• Assess the cause, extent and cost of the damage.
• Conduct and/or support marine surveys, including bunker and draft surveys.
• Prepare English-language reports documenting survey findings.
