Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement experience, preferably in ship chandling or maritime supply.
• Strong knowledge of maritime stores, consumables, and provisions.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Source maritime stores locally and globally, negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with ship managers and Masters to manage procurement for cabins, deck, engine, safety items, and provisions.
• Evaluate quotations and tenders to select suppliers meeting quality, safety and cost targets.
• Verify PO accuracy, reconcile invoices, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
• Monitor procurement performance and drive efficiency, standardization, and cost savings.
