Job summary

McFly & Brown is seeking a Lead Engineer to combine technical leadership with coordinating multidisciplinary teams on international maritime projects. You will design electrical installations for ships and oversee the engineering and drawing package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (HBO) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years as Lead Engineer in maritime projects.
• Experience designing electrical installations for ships.
• Familiar with international project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Engineers within international project teams.
• Design maritime electrical installations based on customer specifications.
• Set up and manage the engineering and drawing package.
• Prepare material specifications and project documentation.
• Provide technical support to Project Management and the execution team.
• Coordinate activities with colleagues and stakeholders in the Netherlands and abroad.
