PALFINGER is seeking a Service Expert Boats to deliver high-quality technical service, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs for marine boats worldwide. You will combine hands-on expertise with strategic development to strengthen our regional competence and expand our market presence.

The role requires knowledge in electric systems, engines, and GRP structures, along with driveline installation and collaboration with the training center.

Qualifications

Experience in marine engineering and driveline installation.
Strong understanding of GRP materials and boat construction with electrical knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills, plus experience in business development.

Responsibilities

Provide expert knowledge in electric systems, marine engines, and GRP structures.
Execute driveline tasks including alignment, balancing, and installation with precision.
Collaborate with the training center to enhance technical skills and knowledge within the region.
Lead business development initiatives to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Diagnose issues reported by customers, shipyards or vessel crew and propose technical solutions.
